Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Handle tender preparation and documentation. Estimate quantities and costs of construction materials. Monitor project costs and track changes in design or construction. Identify and manage financial and construction risks. Maintain accurate records of materials, costs, and inventory. Collaborate with engineers to manage project timelines, materials, and costs. Oversee and document the quality and quantity of materials supplied on-site. Perform other duties as assigned based on project needs.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field  Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work both on-site and in an office environment.

High level of resilience and ethical standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Good understanding of human and material resource management.
