As a Talent Sourcing Intern you will... Communicate with Talent Acquisition Manager to identify experience of desired talent

Source, sort, and filter through resumes and candidate profiles to select talent for open requisitions

Upload potential matched candidate resumes to ATS/Sharepoint and notify Talent Acquisition Manager

Complete daily priorities and tasks with daily touch points

Various administrative tasks (i.e. spreadsheet tracking, resume notes, etc.)

Communication via email and slack to complete daily responsibilities

Talent Sourcing Intern Qualifications: Possess a genuine heart and passion for working with a team and meeting goals.

Must have a task-oriented mind-set, self-starter, and positive attitude.

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to achieve results under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative setting.

Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.

Additional skills we'd like to see: 1-2 years of HR related experience

1-2 years of actively pursuing a post-secondary education in HR related field

Previous administrative or recruiting experience `
