The role

We are looking for a hybrid profile between Data Analyst and Data Engineer to build and maintain the organization's data infrastructure. You will be the bridge between our systems (NetSuite, Oracle) and the areas that need reliable and timely information to make decisions.

What will you do?

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines connecting NetSuite, Oracle, and other sources to our Data Lake / Data Warehouse in AWS.
• Model and structure the Data Warehouse ensuring data quality, consistency, and historization.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau for Operations, Finance, and Management.
• Automate data flows and reporting with Python / Pandas, eliminating manual processes in Excel.
• Participate in the migration of our Oracle infrastructure to AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift).
• Collaborate with the ERP Specialist to extract and contextualize transactional data from NetSuite.
• Document data architecture and variable dictionaries for the team.

What are we looking for?

• 34 years of experience in data roles (we are not just looking for reporters, we are looking for builders; not just consumers).
• Python / Pandas: production pipelines, error handling, REST APIs.
• Intermediate-advanced SQL: CTEs, window functions, query optimization.
• Experience designing Data Warehouses or Data Lakes (dimensional models, historization).
• Power BI or Tableau as a developer (data models, DAX, not just an end user).
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift) or a real willingness to learn it; we have an active roadmap.
• Functional English for technical documentation.

Extra points if you bring...

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Data Analytics certification.
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
• Big Data: Spark, Kafka, or distributed processing.
• Experience extracting data from ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
