Opportunity Overview

This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic Director of Expressive Arts to join Reigate Grammar School Sharjah (RGS Sharjah), the first British independent school in Sharjah.

Working closely with the Executive Principal and other senior leaders, the successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership, strategic direction, and oversight across Music, Drama, Dance, Visual Arts, and related disciplines at RGS Sharjah.

Role Description

The Director of Expressive Arts will be an energetic, organised, and inspiring leader who champions all aspects of the arts across the whole school from EYFS to Year 13. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the arts is a distinctive and integral aspect of school life, fully embedded within the academic curriculum, the wider co-curricular programme, and the community as a whole.
