Responsibilities
Oversee the entire admissions process from inquiry through enrollment.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective families, agents, and feeder schools.
Coordinate admissions events such as open days, tours, and information sessions.
Maintain accurate records of applications and communicate regularly with applicants.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth student transitions.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in admissions or related roles within education.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or admissions software is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
