Job Description:

As a Humanities Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in Humanities that align with the UK-IGCSE curriculum. You will support student learning by fostering critical thinking, cultural awareness, and analytical skills within the subject area. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to develop resources and contribute positively to the school community.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in Humanities or related subjects at secondary school level

Strong knowledge of the UK-IGCSE curriculum requirements for Humanities

Ability to create dynamic lesson plans that engage diverse learners

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance learning

Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, History, Geography, or related field
