At Rehire, we are accompanying a company specialized in technology and cloud solutions in the search for a Cell Leader – AWS / Cloud, who will have integral responsibility over the technical execution of projects, leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining direct contact with clients.

We are looking for a hands-on profile, with strong expertise in AWS and real leadership capacity, capable of combining architecture and technical decision-making with project management, team development, and business vision. This is not an exclusively management position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical solution of the cell from end to end, including architecture, technical decisions, and quality of deliveries.
  • Be responsible for the fulfillment of scope, timelines, and costs of projects.
  • Coordinate the team's work, assigning activities, performing follow-ups, and removing obstacles.
  • Act as the main technical reference for the client.
  • Translate business needs into Cloud and Data solutions.
  • Manage risks, scope changes, and priorities during project execution.
  • Develop the team through technical mentoring and continuous feedback.
  • Accompany and monitor the AWS certifications of the cell members.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Participate in pre-sales processes, technical estimations, and the preparation of proposals.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders at managerial and executive levels.

Requirements:

  • Between 5 and 8 years of experience designing and implementing Cloud solutions in AWS in production environments.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing projects with responsibility over scope, timelines, and costs.
  • Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders at managerial or executive levels.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, and Organizations.
  • Experience with serverless architectures, microservices, and containers in production.
  • Knowledge of Data & Analytics: pipelines, data governance, Glue, Athena, and Redshift.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of Cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization (FinOps).
  • Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework and migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and Machine Learning using Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, and agents.
  • Experience working under agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Advanced English (B2/C1) to interact with international clients and teams.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 to 19. (Mexico City).
