The position is designed for a highly proactive, decisive, and adaptable profile, capable of operating autonomously in high-demand environments, making decisions and executing tasks without the need for constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily operational tasks across multiple businesses.
- Follow up on pending items, tasks, and active projects, ensuring end-to-end execution.
- Act as a point of contact for the resolution of operational problems.
- Coordinate maintenance, incidents, and operational needs in rental properties.
- Organize agendas, priorities, and follow-up on key management topics.
- Investigate, propose, and implement operational improvements in existing processes.
- Support the implementation of tools (CRM Monday, automations, IA).
- Coordinate with providers, clients, and external teams.
- Execute specific projects with a beginning and an end (e.g., process implementation, new products).
Requirements:
- Intermediate English.
- Previous experience in operational roles, coordination, or executive assistance.
- Ability to work under pressure and in highly dynamic environments.
- Strong orientation toward execution and problem-solving.
- Experience managing multiple tasks or projects in parallel.
- Autonomous profile: ability to make decisions and then report.
- Proficiency in basic tools (Excel, Office, digital tools).
- Desirable: experience in the implementation of CRM or automation tools.
About the position:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 CDMX in Santa Catarina, Monterrey, Nuevo León.
- Modality: 100% On-site.
- Quarterly bonus: Up to 15 days of salary for meeting objectives.
