Acts as secretary to the Planning & Development Services Committee Processes and maintains bylaws, permits, housing agreements and other development applications Maintains the Department filing system Able to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Computer literate with experience in land management systems, meeting management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Engage with fellow employees, the public and outside agencies in a courteous manner. Maintain composure and find solutions when dealing with difficult customers. Establish and maintain effective working relationships. Knowledge of the Local Government Act and Community Charter as it pertains to regional districts. Organize work schedule to meet deadlines and priorities. Understanding of legal descriptions and the ability to read legal surveys.
