The Concierge Officer shall provide a professional, courteous, customer-focused front-line service to shoppers, visitors, tenants and other stakeholders of the shopping mall. All Concierge Officers shall conduct themselves professionally at all times to ensure that customer service is delivered in accordance with the shopping mall's policies, procedures and service standards.
