Finance Intern
About the company
Hacktiv8 looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in day-to-day finance and accounting operations, providing exposure to key processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and financial record management.
Your tasks
- Record customer invoices, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements accurately
- Assist in preparing and posting daily journal entries
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely financial records
- Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements
- Final-year student with no active classes or fresh graduate in Accounting/Finance.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship period
