We are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

Service Technician (m/f/d) in Field Service

(Greater Frankfurt / Kassel / Darmstadt / Wiesbaden / Offenbach area)

What to expect from us:

• Commissioning, instruction, maintenance, and repair of our products at our customers' sites
• Commissioning, instruction, maintenance, and repair of our large/special systems with a focus on control and regulation technology
• Recurring inspections according to BetrSichV (after training)
• Creation of service reports for repairs, commissioning, maintenance, and instructions with recommendations for action using our Field Service Management Tool
• Independent processing and decision-making regarding the invoicing of service and maintenance orders, based on the identified cause of failure
• Acquisition of service and maintenance contracts with our customers
• Regional scheduling of service and maintenance orders, including spare parts/products/components

What you bring with you:

• Completed relevant training, e.g., as an electrician/electronics technician, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, and/or technician, mechatronics technician,
• Or, ideally, you have additional electrical training, e.g., qualified electrician for specified activities (Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten)
• Several years of professional experience as a service/customer service technician
• Application competence in supply technology - heating-refrigeration-air conditioning
• You can organize yourself well and have a professional appearance
• Basic knowledge of English as well as good IT skills, e.g., MS Office
• You possess a car driver's license and live in the area mentioned above
