About the role

Qualifications/Requirements: What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools Experience with manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems and production planning software Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across all levels of the organization Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards is advantageous
