Our client is a newly established rehabilitation and body conditioning provider in Singapore, primarily serving the Japanese community. They are currently seeking qualified Senior Physiotherapists to support the launch of their services.

【 Responsibilities 】

  • Independently conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including range of motion, muscle strength, gait, pain and neurological evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes for patients with complex clinical needs.
  • Deliver effective physiotherapy treatment using advanced clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and technical guidance to junior physiotherapists.
  • Lead case review meetings and facilitate clinical discussions to support sound clinical decision-making.
  • Support clinical risk management and review treatment decisions to maintain patient safety and appropriate standards of care.
  • Participate in a structured training programme in Japan upon joining.
  • Contribute to the development, improvement and standardisation of clinical practices and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring the confidentiality and secure handling of patient information.
  • Support staff development and establish structured training and learning processes.
  • Identify and implement service improvements to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

【Requirements & Preferences】

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Full registration as a Physiotherapist with Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), with a valid Practising Certificate.
  • At least 8 years of clinical experience in settings such as private practice, acute care, rehabilitation or home care.
  • Proficiency in English to conduct patient consultations, explain treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation and communicate with colleagues.
  • Ability to undertake a structured training programme in Japan upon joining.

  • Manual therapy (MT-based)
  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation(e.g. stroke,Parkinson's disease,spinal sord injury, and other neurological conditions)
  • Community-based integrated care
