Luxury Retail Store Executive

Our client specializes in the purchase of pre-owned luxury brand goods and is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Luxury Retail Store Executive to join their team.

【 Responsibilities 】

• Assist walk-in customers by introducing and selling luxury products.
• Photograph customer-brought items using a smartphone and send the images to the company's appraisal department.
• Communicate appraisal results and propose appropriate purchase prices to customers based on the evaluation.
• Coordinate the overseas export of purchased products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate smooth store operations and effective communication.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

• At least a Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach
