Our client, a newly established family clinic, is seeking a Clinic Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

【Responsibilities】

  • Register patients and manage patient records accurately.
  • Dispense medications in accordance with clinic procedures.
  • Collect payments and process insurance or healthcare claims.
  • Perform administrative duties, including printing, filing documents, and tracking laboratory samples.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Receive deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and perform stock-taking.
  • Chaperone patients during consultations and assist doctors with basic medical procedures where required.
  • Support the clinic team with other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

【Working Hours】

You will work on a rotating shift schedule, with 1–2 shifts assigned per day, up to a maximum of 44 hours per week.

Shift Schedule (Weekdays & Saturday. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays)

  1. Morning Shift: 7:45 AM – 1:15 PM
  2. Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  3. Evening Shift: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a clinic or healthcare environment.
  • Candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts and Saturdays.
