Your tasks
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on thin gauge stainless steel products, ensuring all work is completed to exacting quality standards.
- TIG welding stainless steel components to a high standard
- Working with fine gauge materials ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm
- Welding using jigs and fixtures
- Maintaining excellent quality and accuracy throughout production
- Following engineering drawings and work instructions
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policies
Requirements

- Previous TIG welding experience is essential
- Experience working with thin gauge stainless steel materials
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
- Own transport preferred due to shift patterns

Working Hours · Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shift Pattern Week 1
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00am - 2:00pm
- Friday: 06:00am - 11:00am
Week 2
- Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
