Hourly Rate: £15.48 PAYE Location: Sheffield, S2 Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week)

This role is based in a busy and dynamic office environment where you will liaise with operatives, team leaders, customers, and other key contacts both internally and externally. Day-to-day of the role:
- Liaise with and advise operatives, team leaders, and customers on repair appointments and follow-on arrangements.
- Handle phone communications with tenants, providing them with timely and accurate information.
- Switch between tasks regularly throughout the day, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- React to changes in schedules or priorities promptly to meet business needs.
- Ensure all interactions and engagements are handled with a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with tenants and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and switch between different tasks seamlessly.
- Proven ability to react to changes and prioritise work effectively.
- Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a repairs and maintenance context.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment.
