Location: Hungerford, Berkshire Duration: To start ASAP for initially 6 months Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm Hybrid Working: Office-based Monday to Wednesday, with home working typically available Thursday and Friday Pay Rate: £16.00 - £16.40 per hour Start Date: End of September
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator / PA to provide essential support the Technical Director and wider Technical Team.
This is a varied and fast-paced position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of departmental operations, governance processes, and document control activities. The successful candidate will be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and assisting with fee sheet administration.
- Managing consultant report approvals and monitoring response tracking.
- Maintaining Health & Safety records, documentation, and compliance forms.
- Providing general administrative support to the Technical Department.
- Supporting the Technical Director with diary management, meeting coordination, and organisational tasks.
- Uploading, maintaining, and managing information within document control systems.
- Providing reception cover when required.
- Assisting with the coordination of team meetings, departmental events, and internal communications.
- Ensuring departmental records and documentation are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
About You

- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
- Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experienced in diary management and supporting senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with document management and control systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and record-keeping skills.
- A confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to work independently while supporting a busy team environment.
