Reed are currently working with a highly regarded accountancy practice in Watford that is looking to appoint a Tax Supervisor or Assistant Manager as part of its continued growth.

Study support available where appropriate Approx. 35 people within the Watford office creating a collaborative and supportive environment

Your tasks

Salary between £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience Exposure to a portfolio of Owner Managed Businesses, entrepreneurial clients and media businesses

Requirements

The role would suit someone with solid UK tax experience gained within an accountancy practice. Whilst the ideal candidate will have exposure to both Personal and Corporate Tax, the firm is equally happy to consider candidates with a stronger focus in either area.

ATT qualified preferred, with candidates working towards CTA particularly welcomed

Straightforward two-stage interview process The firm is particularly interested in speaking with candidates from small to mid-tier accountancy practice backgrounds who have experience working with owner-managed businesses. Individuals coming from larger Top 10 environments often find the client portfolio and service offering significantly different, so experience within the SME/OMB market is highly advantageous.
