Are you an experienced operations, procurement or supply chain professional with competent MS Excel skills, looking for a role where you can make a real impact within a hospital environment?

We're partnering with a leading healthcare managed services provider to recruit a Service Delivery Manager based at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham .

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day procurement service delivery, managing supplier relationships, leading a small on-site team and ensuring critical stock, equipment and consumables are available to support clinical teams and theatre operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of on-site coordinators
• Manage supplier performance and service delivery
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
• Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and clinical teams
• Analyse data and produce operational reports
• Support procurement activities, supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure service KPIs are consistently achieved

About You

• Previous experience within service delivery, operations, procurement or supply chain
• Proven people management skills
• Strong Excel, reporting and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Healthcare, NHS or managed services experience would be advantageous
