Social Worker - Leaving Care team - Enfield Council (1 year maternity cover)

Our client, Enfield Council, is seeking a Social Worker for its Leaving Care team.

This is an agency assignment required for 1 year maternity cover.

This is paid in line with London DFE rates.

The role will involve the following: Leaving Care Team Preparation for Adulthood Independence and Life Skills Transition planning Support with accommodation, education, employment and training Safeguarding

Requirements of the role: Qualified Social Worker Fully Social Work England registered 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules) Must have significant experience working with children and young people who are looked after and/or leaving care
