Social Worker - Kinship assessment team - Barnet Council

Our client, Barnet Council, is seeking two Social Workers for its Kinship team.

This is a temporary ongoing post.

The role will involve the following: Completing all types of Kinship assessments Viability assessments Special Guardian assessments Connected Carer assessments Approx 1 day per week in the office + visits to families to complete assessments

Requirements of the role: Qualified Social Worker Fully Social Work England registered 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules) Must have experience of undertaking kinship assessments as detailed above – this is essential
