Your tasks

Working within a specialist pensions team, you will support a range of occupational pension schemes, helping to ensure members receive accurate benefits and exceptional service. The role will involve working on complex pension administration projects, liaising with various stakeholders and supporting schemes through significant milestones and transitions.

• Calculating and processing member benefit entitlements
• Responding to queries from members, trustees and other stakeholders
• Preparing, validating and collating scheme information and documentation
• Checking and reviewing colleagues' work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and compliance
• Supporting the delivery of specialist pension administration projects
• Contributing to process improvements and best practice initiatives

Requirements

To be successful, you will likely have

• Previous experience in a pension administration position
• Experience working with Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively
