Senior Operations Coordinator

Location: Blackheath, SE12 Salary: £30k - £35k p/a Hours: 7:15am - 4:15pm Monday to Thursday | 7:15am - 2:00pm Friday (often earlier when business levels allow) Why Join Us? The Role This is a varied position combining office administration, logistics coordination, stock control and customer service. You will play a key role in keeping the business running efficiently whilst supporting customers, suppliers and warehouse operations. Process Sales and customer orders, invoices and logistics documentation, delivery paperwork etc.

Manage stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate shipments from suppliers through to UK warehousing.

Maintain data within the Vintner system and company spreadsheets to check changes on margin / costings.

Arrange couriers and support customer enquiries.

Monitor stock transfers and warehouse movements.

Review costings sheets to amend duty tax and margins

Grow relationships with customers by discussing their requirements when they call in

What We Are Looking For Someone who has had to input accurately and be able to identify similar products

Confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook and business systems (preferably Vintner).

Ability to prioritise whilst processing customer orders

Experience with stock management, logistics or supply chain activities is advantageous

Ability to lift heavy cases of wine - Up to 15kg

Ability to use a forklift truck
