Landlord & Tenant Focus – (5 years PQE+) Annual Salary: £62,000 - £80,000 (Plus Great Fee-Earner Bonuses!) Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied caseload focusing on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, lease management, acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, re-gears, relocations, property refinancing, and strategic lease structuring and negotiations. Work closely with our Real Estate Partners and collaborate with a dynamic team of Legal Directors, Solicitors, Trainees, and Paralegals. Engage in business acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations in conjunction with our Corporate team. Provide commercially minded, client-facing services with a high level of autonomy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years PQE in Real Estate, with a focus on Landlord & Tenant matters. Strong technical legal skills with experience in managing complex cases. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. An existing following or client base is essential. Previous management or leadership experience is highly desirable, with potential to lead and develop a new sub-team. Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
