As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with both teachers and support staff to ensure pupils receive the tailored support they need to succeed both academically and socially.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing classroom support and assisting with learning activities.
• Supporting pupils with communication and behavioural needs.
• Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons.
• Helping students develop confidence and life skills.
• Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine desire to support children with additional needs.
