REED Education are working with a fantastic SEN school in Plymouth seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them build confidence, develop key life skills, and achieve their learning goals. What You'll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support. Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs. Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning activities. Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Building meaningful relationships with pupils. What We're Looking For: A compassionate and patient approach.
