SEN Teaching Assistants & Learning Support Assistants Required
Full-Time | Permanent Opportunities | Immediate & September Starts Available

We are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Behaviour Mentors, and Support Workers to join a range of welcoming and well-supported SEN schools across the Buckinghamshire area.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a school, educational setting, care environment, or with children and young people
- A positive, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated school team
Experience Supporting:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs)
- Speech & Language Needs
- Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Complex Needs
- Challenging Behaviour
