We are seeking a Screen Printer to join a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Screen Printer who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. The successful Screen Printer will support production across specialist printed products, maintaining excellent standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce accurate, high-quality prints.
• Prepare screens, inks, and substrates, ensuring correct alignment and registration for each job.
• Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments where needed.
• Troubleshoot printing issues quickly to reduce downtime and material waste.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance on machinery and hand tools to support performance and longevity.
• Assist with general production duties, including cutting, sewing, or assembly tasks where required.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines and output targets.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement by learning new techniques and helping improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous screen printing experience or transferable experience within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Good mechanical understanding of printing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on quality control.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely as part of daily duties.
• A practical, reliable approach with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Warehouse or stock handling experience would be advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to the wider team.
• Good awareness of workplace safety and safe operating practices.
