We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and customer service, aiming to deliver outstanding experiences in the automotive industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process of vehicles and finance solutions.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Welcome customers into the dealership and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles and finance solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated with the latest models and technologies.
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passionate about sales and customer service.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional, organised, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not essential. Strong candidates from retail or other sales backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
