Annual Salary: £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000) Location: Central London Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant to join our established luxury Jewellery retail business. This role is perfect for individuals from various customer-facing backgrounds such as luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive sales, offering exceptional earning potential and genuine career development opportunities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as a trusted adviser, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through significant purchasing decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Take a consultative approach to sales.
• Manage and nurture your own client pipeline.
• Follow up on enquiries and appointments.
• Generate repeat business and referrals.
• Work towards sales targets.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail.
• Represent the business professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, jewellery, watches, premium fashion, property or estate agency, automotive sales, fine art sales, or other consultative sales environments.
• Warm, engaging, and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercially minded and customer-focused.
• Organised with strong follow-up skills.
• Emotionally intelligent.
• Positive and resilient.
• Eager to learn and develop.

Direct industry experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:45am to 6:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30am to 5:30pm
• Sundays off and a day off during the week
