Your tasks

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced retail environment, helping customers find the perfect fragrance gifts while delivering exceptional customer service. The role is initially temporary, running throughout December, with the potential to continue through January and become permanent following a successful performance review.

• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Assisting customers with fragrance recommendations and gift purchases.
• Driving sales through a consultative approach.
• Processing transactions accurately.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Supporting the team during the busy Christmas trading period.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a busy perfume retailer in Brighton for the Christmas period.

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Sales-focused and customer-oriented.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed.
• Able to work all scheduled shifts throughout the assignment.
• Knowledge of perfumes or fragrances is beneficial but not essential.

Reliability is essential. We are seeking someone who can commit to all scheduled shifts and support the business throughout its busiest trading period of the year.

Bonus Structure In addition to your hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn commission:

• Generate over £650 in sales and receive a 5% bonus (day dependent).
• Generate an additional £100+ in sales and receive a 10% bonus on eligible sales.

Full Time Christmas Customer Service & Sales Advisor *Location: BN1, Brighton Start Date: 1st December Contract: Temporary Christmas Assignment with Potential for Permanent Employment Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 10:00am - 8:00pm (30-minute break)

Dress Code All staff must wear black clothing whilst on shift.
