Recruitment Resourcer

Reed Education's specialist SEN team in Cambridge is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing and experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an already busy, successful desk with strong existing client relationships, meaning you'll be entering an environment with genuine opportunities to develop, succeed and earn.

Working alongside experienced consultants with many years of success within the education sector, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, supporting and managing candidates who help make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for SEN and education roles.
• Interviewing, registering and onboarding candidates.
• Supporting compliance and safeguarding processes.
• Building strong relationships with candidates throughout their employment journey.
• Delivering outstanding customer service through telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are completed efficiently.
• Supporting consultants with bookings, candidate management and day-to-day operations.

• Strong customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Process-driven and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated to build a successful career in recruitment.
• A proactive team player who enjoys working in a busy environment.
• Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
