Recruitment Consultant - Reed Southend (Accountancy Temps) Location: Southend-on-Sea Desk Coverage: Romford & Ilford Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following induction Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Full Time, Permanent The Role Reed Southend is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Accountancy division, managing a temporary recruitment desk across the Romford and Ilford areas. This opportunity is available due to office relocation, so there is plenty of warm and active clients and candidates. Working with both existing and prospective clients, you'll build strong relationships, source high quality candidates, and develop your market through a combination of account management and business development. This is a fast paced, rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to grow your desk and maximise your earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing Growing Your Client Base Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across Romford and Ilford Growing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities Understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions Becoming a trusted recruitment partner through exceptional service Finding and Engaging Talent Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing Accountancy professionals Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships within the local market What's In It For You?
