Your tasks

As QC Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inspection activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Quality Inspectors
• Managing inspection activities to support production requirements
• Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and procedures
• Supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring KPIs and quality performance metrics
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Working closely with Production, Engineering and Operations teams

Requirements

Are you an experienced Quality professional looking to take the next step in your leadership career?

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Quality Inspection, Quality Engineering or Quality Leadership position
• Experience leading or supervising quality teams
• Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection and metrology principles
• Experience using CMM equipment
• Understanding of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving experience
• A background within manufacturing, aerospace, precision engineering or similar sectors
