We are currently seeking a Qualified Conveyancer to handle a range of responsibilities from managing conveyancing transactions to maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day of the role: Manage full conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional client service, maintaining and developing strong client relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing is preferred. CLC/CILEx qualifications are highly desirable. Additional experience in wills and powers of attorney is advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
