Qualified Accountant - Restructuring & Advisory

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant to join a highly successful and growing Restructuring & Advisory team as an Assistant Manager.

This role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse range of businesses, supporting them through complex challenges and providing strategic advice during critical stages of their development. With no two clients the same, the position offers excellent variety, exposure and the opportunity to develop specialist expertise within a growing area of professional services.

This opportunity would particularly suit an Audit Senior or Audit Assistant Manager from a practice background who is looking to move into a more Corporate Finance focused and advisory-led role.

The Opportunity:

As part of an experienced and collaborative team, you will be involved in a broad range of restructuring and advisory assignments, working directly with clients and senior stakeholders to deliver practical and commercial solutions.

About You:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment
• A background in Audit or Accounts preparation

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A desire to develop a long-term career within Restructuring, Advisory or Corporate Finance
