Project Manager/Business Analyst

Rochdale/Hybrid £500-£575 per day 9-12 Month Contract

A Project Manager/Business Analyst is required to support a major transformation programme within a housing organisation. Working across business and technology teams, the successful candidate will lead project delivery, facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, map business processes, and drive system-enabled change. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers (including MRI), and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and achieve the desired business outcomes.

Key skills & experience:

• Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
• Business transformation and change delivery
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
• Governance, reporting, risk and issue management
• Requirements gathering and business improvement
• Supplier management experience

Desirable:

• MRI Housing experience
• Housing Association or Property Services background
• Experience delivering system implementations or enhancements

Working arrangements:

• Approx. 70% home based
• Travel to Rochdale required for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project activities
• Flexible smart-working environment with no fixed office days.
