Location: UK Salary: £35k Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 41.25 hours per week, rotating shifts

Day-to-day of the role:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs on machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues promptly.
• Conduct line changeovers and setups according to production schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Record and report on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements.
• Support root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: 06:00–14:15 Week 2: 14:00–22:15 Rotating shifts with potential weekend coverage as required by business needs.
