Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed, suppliers are effectively coordinated, and our engineering teams have everything they need to deliver an exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Procurement Assistant who enjoys a varied role combining procurement, stock control, analysis, and collaboration across the business. Key Duties Manage procurement activities including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting invoice reconciliation. Receive and process stock deliveries, asset tag equipment, allocate inventory correctly, and maintain accurate records across internal systems. Organise stock rooms, build areas, and preparation spaces to ensure they remain safe, efficient, and fully operational for engineering teams. Support stock reporting, cycle counts, inventory forecasting, and the preparation of stock for planned works orders. Person Specification Previous experience within procurement, stock control, inventory management, or a supply chain environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work accurately with data and reports.
