A well-established and highly regarded Oxfordshire law firm is looking to appoint a Probate Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing high-quality work, and playing an active role in the continued development of a successful regional practice.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters while contributing to the firm's long-term success.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care throughout the process. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team whilst enjoying a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters.
- Advising clients on all aspects of estate administration.
- Drafting and preparing legal documentation.
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering outstanding client care.
- Progressing matters efficiently and proactively.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
- Supporting business development, networking and relationship-building activities.
- Contributing to the continued growth and profitability of the department.
About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with experience in probate and estate administration matters.
You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor status.
- Experience handling Probate and Estate Administration files.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- The ability to manage a caseload independently.

Desirable Experience
Whilst not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:
- Wills drafting.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Trust administration.
- Court of Protection matters.
