Pricing & Quotations Coordinator Location: Manchester Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 Working Pattern: Office Based

About the Opportunity Our client is looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical individual to join their growing team as a Pricing & Quotations Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analysing information and producing accurate quotations. The successful candidate will manage a pipeline of pricing enquiries, working closely with several departments to build commercially viable and competitive quotations. Full training will be provided for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage quotations for bespoke and high-volume customer enquiries. Calculate selling prices using cost, quantity and margin information. Maintain and manage pricing opportunities through internal systems and CRM platforms. Review quotations for accuracy prior to submission. Apply volume discounts and customer-specific pricing structures where appropriate. Investigate pricing discrepancies and anomalies. Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Operations teams. Maintain accurate pricing records and supporting documentation. Prioritise and manage multiple quotation requests simultaneously. Support wider commercial and pricing activities across the business.

About You Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with percentages, costs, margins and pricing calculations. Good Excel and general IT skills. Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities. Commercially aware with a logical approach to problem solving. Experience within pricing, quotations, estimating, commercial administration, internal sales or a similar environment would be advantageous. Confident asking questions and challenging information when required. Ambitious and eager to develop within a commercial role.
