Primary PPA Teacher - Chatham - Term 2 Start

Chatham, Kent Full-Time Start Date: Term 2 Pay: MPS/UPS (Pay to Scale) Permanent Position or Fixed-Term Until the End of the Academic Year

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Chatham is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Teacher to join their team from Term 2 . The school is open to appointing either on a permanent basis or on a contract until the end of the current academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident teacher who enjoys working across a variety of year groups and can deliver engaging lessons throughout the primary age range.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
• Have experience teaching across Reception to Year 6 .
• Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and adapting to different classroom environments.
• Have excellent behaviour management skills.
• Be flexible, organised, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service .

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching during teachers' PPA time.
• Teach across all primary year groups, from Reception through to Year 6.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where required.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.
