Are you an experienced and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Handler looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established and highly respected insurance brokerage, is seeking a proactive professional to join their growing team in Halesowen. You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of personal lines clients, delivering exceptional service while ensuring policies remain suitable and up to date.

• Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business enquiries
• Handling a range of personal lines products, including Home, Motor, Travel, and associated products
• Providing tailored insurance advice and identifying appropriate levels of cover
• Liaising with insurers to obtain competitive terms and secure the best outcomes for clients
• Maintaining accurate records and managing the full client journey
• Delivering a proactive, customer-focused service with attention to detail

Requirements

• Experience as a Personal Lines Account Handler within an insurance brokerage or insurer environment
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident working as part of a supportive, office-based team
