The Opportunity
A well-established and highly personable Financial Planning firm in Bromley is looking to recruit a motivated Paraplanner with around 18 months' experience who is actively working towards their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, social, and collaborative team where you will work closely with experienced Financial Advisers, gaining exposure to a broad range of financial planning cases while continuing your professional development.

The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Advisers throughout the client journey. You will be responsible for conducting detailed research, analysing client information, preparing suitability reports, and helping ensure clients receive high-quality, compliant financial advice.
You will work across a variety of areas including pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning, providing valuable technical support that enables Advisers to focus on delivering exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports and recommendation letters
- Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning solutions
- Analyse client fact-finds and financial circumstances
- Support Financial Advisers throughout the advice process
- Complete product and provider comparisons
- Assist with existing business reviews and annual review processes
- Ensure all client work is fully compliant and supported by appropriate documentation
- Liaise with Advisers and administration teams to ensure smooth case progression
- Investigate client queries and provide accurate responses
- Maintain excellent standards of file quality and regulatory compliance
About You
- Minimum 18 months' experience within a Paraplanning role
- Working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments and wider financial planning concepts
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and keen to continue developing within financial planning
