Birmingham City Centre | £27,000 - £28,000 | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm | Office Based

We're looking for a proactive, confident and highly organised Personal Assistant to become the trusted right-hand support to a director within a successful Birmingham-based business. This isn't just a diary management role. You'll be at the heart of the organisation, helping to keep priorities on track, managing key relationships, and ensuring every day runs seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a busy and constantly evolving diary, ensuring the Director's time is effectively prioritised.
  • Coordinating meetings, events and calls, making sure everything is arranged and prepared in advance.
  • Monitoring emails and correspondence, identifying priorities and ensuring actions are taken promptly.
  • Preparing professional documents, presentations, reports and meeting notes.
  • Organising travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Keeping track of key deadlines, actions and follow-ups.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively and ensuring the Director is always prepared.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or senior administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence interacting at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
