Maternity Cover- Short Term Office Administration Support- Must be a driver due to rural location Start date ASAP! My client- who are long standing and well respected within their Industry, are looking for an Office Administrator to cover a Maternity Cover contract. Administrator / Office Support Coordinator A well-established and leading supplier of specialist environmental equipment, operating nationwide across a wide range of sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare, industry and logistics, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy office team. This role would suit a quick learner with strong all-round administration experience, ideally with exposure to an accounting or ERP system such as Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department. Processing customer orders received via telephone, email, and online platforms using the company management system. Liaising with the warehouse regarding order dispatch and delivery schedules. Reviewing courier invoices to ensure charges are accurate and supported by proof of delivery documentation. Coordinating collections between customers, recycling partners, and field-based sales representatives. Maintaining accurate customer records, including insurance documentation and associated invoicing requirements. Additional Duties May Include Setting up and maintaining rental or service agreements within the company system.. Supporting the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, including: Preparing and maintaining rental contracts for the sales team. Raising work orders for the workshop or engineering department.
