Nursery Manager Little Trees Nursery, Hucclecote, Gloucestershire Full-Time | Monday to Friday £38,000 per annum + up to £3,500 KPI Bonus
Reed is delighted to be working in partnership with Dean Close Foundation to recruit an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager for Little Trees Nursery in Hucclecote, Gloucestershire .

The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring outstanding care, education and compliance across the setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operation, staffing and organisation of the nursery.
- Leading, motivating and developing the nursery team.
- Creating a welcoming, nurturing and family-focused environment.
- Maintaining high standards of care and education in line with EYFS requirements.
- Supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Driving quality outcomes for children and preparing the nursery for successful inspections.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an Early Years setting
- A recognised Early Years qualification (NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Designated Safeguarding Lead experience or knowledge
- Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspection processes
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation within childcare settings
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality education and care
