Mortgage Broker – Coleshill, Birmingham

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + OTE £80,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (early finish on Fridays) Type: Full-time, Office-based

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker to join our team in Coleshill, Birmingham . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, office-based environment with all appointments provided , no cold calling or self-generation required!

You will advise on mortgage and protection products across the whole of market , including adverse and complex cases , self-employed clients, and contractors. You’ll also cross-sell protection products from a trusted panel.

What We’re Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience advising on mortgages and protection
• Strong knowledge of complex and adverse cases
• Ability to assist self-employed and contractor clients
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
